   We discuss available space, electrical access, customer traffic, and suitable product categories. Placement is subject to a site assessment.

   Agree on the Details

   Before installation, we agree on commissions, payment schedules, placement, servicing access, and each party’s responsibilities.

   Get Set Up

   VybeBox coordinates installation, stocks the machine, and checks that it is ready for customers.

   We Manage It, You Earn Your Share

   We handle restocking, routine maintenance, and vending-related customer support. Your venue receives its agreed share of eligible sales.

   We review product performance and adjust the selection when appropriate.
